The rental price per student starts at $650 per month installment per roommate. We offer both academic year and full year leases as well as summer only leases with specials and we provide a roommate matching service. This coed dorm is directly across the UH campus and houses 52 bed spaces. In the Charles H. Atherton house double rooms for the Fall semester are $2,240.00, single rooms are $3,280, and quad rooms are $2,392.00.

Daily rates for single rooms range from $37/day for men with community showers and $45/day with private showers for single men or single women. A women's dormitory, primarily for graduate students, is located adjacent to the University of Hawaii on the St. Francis Campus. The room rates are $500 per month or daily rates are $30 for single rooms and community bathrooms. All rooms have internet access. There is a shared kitchen with storage space. This dormitory is located along the street of Downtown Honolulu and is along a bus route to the university. The single room rates (community bathroom) are $210 per week plus a $5 key deposit, or $33 per day plus a $5 key deposit. This coed dormitory has 46 single rooms that is along a bus route to the university. The room rates are $500 (regular) or $190 per week, and $550 (lanai or balcony) per month or $204 per week with a minimum 1 week stay. A female dormitory just across the street from UH for full-time UH students. Semester rates range from $2,750-$5,500 plus additional security deposit of one month's rent. Studio rate is $3,750 per semester. Big air-con room w/ private bathroom & toilet is $5,500 a semester. The rest of the rooms have shared bathrooms and toilets. All rooms are fully furnished. Short-term rates are more expensive. University Manor is a 30-bed international women's dormitory that seeks serious full-time female students who want a quiet environment. All rooms are private and furnished. The dorm is only a 2-3 minute walk to UHM and the bus stops. Room rates range from $480 to $630 depending on the size of the room. Graduate and upper division students are given preference. The kitchen, bathrooms and coin-operated washers and dryers are shared. A room deposit equal to one-month's rent must be received before a reservation can be confirmed.
