OTHER OFF-CAMPUS ACCOMMODATIONS

These off-campus accommodations are either within walking distance to the University of Hawaii or are along a bus route. Like the Student Housing Office, they also receive an overwhelming number of applicants prior to the start of a semester. Space is limited, therefore it is well advised that you contact these dorms for more specific information and apply immediately. Rates are subject to change without notice. This list is provided only as a general information item; the University of Hawaii has not inspected these facilities and is not making any recommendations concerning them. Prior to signing a contract be sure to read carefully and be aware of any part of the contract that you are unclear or hesitant about.


ALOHA STUDENT RESIDENCES


Aloha Student Residences offers off-Campus Student Housing walking distance to the University of Hawaii at Manoa. It is conveniently located on a busline, and close to shopping center. We are located off Kapiolani Blvd below King Street, Honolulu, HI 96826.

Private and shared rooms are available in spacious one and two bedroom apartments. Each unit features a full-service kitchen-dining-living area, bathroom, back yard or balcony. Units are fully furnished and includes a bed, closet, desk, chair, and common area furniture sofas. The amenities include high speed internet, ceiling fans, coin operated laundry but not phone nor air conditioning. Parking is available for an additional $75 per month. The rental price per student starts at $650 per month installment per roommate. We offer both academic year and full year leases as well as summer only leases with specials and we provide a roommate matching service. We require the first month rental installment as well as a one month security deposit, and $25 non-refundable application fee. Payments can be made on the internet through Paypal.

Atherton house double rooms for the Fall semester are $2,240.00, single rooms are $3,280, and quad rooms are $2,392.00. This dormitory also offers double rooms with private showers for 2 men, 2 women, or a couple for $57 - $67/day. No reservation is taken. Valid Photo ID or Passport is required to check-in. A women's dormitory, primarily for graduate students, is located adjacent to the University of Hawaii on the St. Francis Campus. The room rates are $500 per month or daily rates are $30 for single rooms and community bathrooms. All rooms have internet access. There is a shared kitchen with storage space. This dormitory is located along the street of Downtown Honolulu and is along a bus route to the university. The single room rates (community bathroom) are $210 per week plus a $5 key deposit, or $33 per day plus a $5 key deposit. Single rooms with private bathrooms are $39 per day plus a $5 key deposit (no weekly rates). Rooms are available on a first come first serve basis, no reservations taken.
