Each apartment is shared by 3-5 house mates. The Bus routes 1,2 & 13 pass by every 10 minutes or so. Two supermarkets (Safeway & Times) are within a block; and Walmart is three blocks away. Two-week minimum stay.
$150.00 per week (hardly ever available) to $250.00 per week for a double room for two people. The price depends upon the level of service in the room, such as: air conditioning, a ceiling fan, cable television or a small refrigerator.
