Mary Dillingham Frear Hall
Construction of the newest residence hall on the UH Manoa campus is underway and is scheduled to be ready for occupancy Fall 2008.
Designed and developed by American Campus Communities, Frear Hall will house 810 students in two interconnected 12-story towers in suite arrangements.
There are four types of suites
- Type 1 accommodates 1 person in a single room
- Type 2 accommodates 2 people in two rooms
- Type 3 accommodates 4 people in two rooms
- Type 4 accommodates 4 people in four rooms
