How To Apply For Conference Housing

STEP 1 Review Eligibility & Priority Order
1. Conference groups hosted by a University of Hawaii department.
2. Conference groups who will be registered for University of Hawaii at Manoa credit or non-credit courses during the conference period.
3. Conferees who will be receiving credit from other universities or colleges.
4. Conference groups who belong to a non-profit or charitable organization.

STEP 2 Turn In An Application
1. In order to reserve a room in conference housing, you must complete and return the conference housing application. A two-night minimum stay is required for all Conference Housing applicants.

Note: The application that is used for conference housing is a generic form in which we provide to both individuals and/or groups.

STEP 3 Confirmation & Payment
1. Please fill out the appropriate spaces that apply only to you. After completion of the application, our office will confirm your reservations by sending you a contract that will outline your costs only for your rent NOT for meals. Methods of Payment
STEP 4 Meals
1. All conference guests staying in the University of Hawaii residence halls are required to participate in one of the five available meal plans for each day of occupancy. Payment for the meal program is collected separately from Conference Housing room charges by the Sodexo office. Please contact Lee Shiroma regarding the meal program. *These Halls are available during the Summer only
