Hall check-in deadline. Unless the Student Housing office is notified of a late arrival, housing contracts of those who fail to meet this deadline will be cancelled with penalty. |

Residence halls and apartment complexes close for the academic year. Residents who complete their final exams prior to this date are expected to move out by noon of the day following their last exam. Meal program ends with dinner. |
Fall Semester 2009 Only Contracts

Check-in and Check-out Information
Residents should arrive before 9 p.m. on check-in days. Reservations will NOT be held
after 9 p.m. August 25, 2009, Tuesday, for residents with Academic Year and Fall Only term contracts or 9 p.m. January 12, 2010, Tuesday, for residents with Spring Only term contracts unless the student has made prior arrangements with the housing office. Residents who fail to check in or who choose to check in after opening day will not receive refunds for unused days.
Residents receiving degrees who participate in commencement exercises may make arrangements to remain until noon of the day following commencement for an additional charge; residents may have to move into a consolidation hall for these additional days.
