All rooms include local phone service, cable TV and Internet access. Residents should bring their own phones, linen, and toiletries. Our check-in information will provide additional details on suggested items to bring.
Living on campus means a commitment to a community of rich diversity. All residents and guests of our community are expected to accept ownership of and to take responsibility for the community. Residents are responsible for knowing and complying with the rules and regulations.
We have a variety of hall choices. All residence halls and apartments are smoke-free.
Participation in the meal program is mandatory for all students residing in the residence halls. If you have special dietary needs or others concerns, please contact Student Housing Services prior to accepting assignments. We can help you work with the campus food provider to see if your needs can be met.

Application deadline for geographic priority assignment for 2009-2010 is Friday, May 1, 2009.
Applications for 2009-2010 (Academic Year 2009-2010, Fall 2009 and Spring 2010 contracts) may be submitted on-line. Renewals for current residents will be available shortly. Current residents will receive information via email about the process.
To apply you will need a valid UH ID number (your 8-digit identification number that appears on your acceptance letter). Applications will not be processed until the non-refundable $25 application fee is paid. You may use a valid a VISA or MasterCard to pay the $25 application fee.
Prior to creating your application be sure to review our brochure about our hall choices, hall room-types and residential learning programs. The application provides you the opportunity to specify your preferences in these areas.
